Friendly service, we had excellent stay.

The room was updated, airy, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave were a bonus. The staff were attentive and very amiable all the time.

The hotel was nice and excellent, my room was cheap. The personnel was super-friendly and pleasant. Good location perfect fit for my needs, it was near freeway. I often went to Golden Chick to pick up some food. Thoroughly enjoyed a great stay, I would have extended the stay.

I had a confusing check-in due to a prepaid reservation, but the staff at American Inn & Suites were incredibly helpful and patient in resolving the issue. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth check-in process. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a working TV. The hotel also provided WiFi, although it was a bit spotty at times. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and comfortable accommodations. I had a pleasant stay at American Inn & Suites.

Their rooms are always airy and cheap with 1 king sized bed, microwave plus refrigerator. There is a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator. The staff are attentive and super friendly. The location is exceptionally nice, 2 miles from Fair Park.

I recently stayed at American Inn & Suites for a quick overnight stop during a road trip. The location was very convenient, right off the main road and easy to find. The room, although small and older, was clean and had plenty of hot water. The A/C worked great and there was a mini-fridge and microwave. Despite being on a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and efficient. it was a clean and comfortable stay.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the main artery going through town as well as Childress on the way back home from a family vacation. I usually went to Subway to grab a bite: )

Best aspects of my stay were the great location and affordable rates. The hotel was conveniently located near a Mexican restaurant and had a good size room with comfortable beds and pillows. The room also had a fridge with a freezer compartment for storing snacks or drinks.

Worst aspects were the broken ice machine and the lack of a desk for writing. The soap provided in the bathroom was very small and not sufficient.
